SHIPPING POLICY
We currently use International Postal Service for shipping orders worldwide. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 7-10 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)
If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!
In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason the Buyer is not happy with a product that has been bought online, please contact Seller at katesukhar@gmail.com
In case of return, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of arrival. Refund will be given as Money Back once item(s) have returned to Seller in same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be same as when purchased (i.e. insured, tracked, properly packaged).
Return shipping will be paid by Buyer. Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by Buyer.
